Who Are We?

Bread of Life Ministries of His Glory is a full gospel spirit-filled church, “Where Everyone Has Value!” Our purpose is to teach and train all people to be mature in Christ–a process that we believe unveils each individual’s value. As a multi-generational ministry, we aim to equip every member of our family to fulfill the great commission of our Lord and Savior Jesus Christ in the Las Vegas community and abroad.

Our Mission:

Established in 1983, our mission is His mission, continuing the great commission; seeking to save those which are lost. (Matthew 28:19-20, Luke 19:10)

Our Vision:

Our vision is to bring ALL men to maturity in Christ. (Colossians 1:28)

Our Core Beliefs:

We believe that the following Core Beliefs are essential to establishing foundational spiritual skills and strategies for sanctification & success in life:

  1. We Believe in the triune God –the Father, the Son, and the Holy Spirit (1 John 5:7 -11, Deut:4-9; Matt. 28:19)
  2. We Believe Jesus Christ is true God and true man. (Isaiah 9:6, St. John 1:1-3; Phil. 2:6-11, John 1;14)
  3. We Believe the Holy Spirit is a divine person (John 14:16; 1 Cor. 12:4, Romans 8:26-27)
  4. We Believe that the Old and New Testament are God’s divinely inspired words. (2 Tim. 3:15-16; Hebrews 4:12)
  5. We Believe all have sinned and come short of the glory of God and are in need of salvation. (Romans 3:23; Romans 5:12; 1John 1:8-9)
  6. We Believe Salvation has been provided through the shed blood of Christ for all men. (Romans 10:13-15; Mark 14:24; Co. 2:13)
  7. We Believe that the church consists of all those who have received Jesus Christ as their personal Savior. (Acts 2:42; Acts 11:25-26; 2 Cor. 5:17)
  8. We Believe that the church is to fulfill the great commission with signs following. (Matt. 28:18-20; Mark 16:15 -18; John 14;12)
  9. We Believe it is the will of God that every believer be filled with the Holy Spirit and baptized in water. (Acts 1:8; Acts 2:4; Acts 2:38; Acts 10:44-46)
  10. We Believe that every believer is to live in the power of the Spirit so that he will bear fruit and do good works to the glory of God. (Gal. 5:16-22; 1 Cor. 6:19;
  11. Rom. 5:17; John 14:12; I John 5;3; 1 Thess. 5:23)
  12. We Believe that healing is provided in the redemption work of Christ and is available to every believer. (Isaiah 53:5; Matt. 8:16-17; 1 Pet 2:24)
  13. We Believe that there shall be a bodily resurrecting the just and the unjust and man’s works shall be tried. (1 Thess. 4:14-17; Acts 24:15; 1 Cor. 3:14-14; Rev. 14;13)
  14. We Believe in the personal visible return of Jesus Christ. (Acts 1:9; Acts 24:15; 1 Thess. 4:13-17; Rom. 11:25; Luke 14:14; Rev. 19:7-11; Rev. 20:1-7)
  15. We Believe in the assembly of believers for prayer, worship, bible teaching and participation in ordinances such as water baptism and the Lord’s supper. (Heb. 10:24-46; Acts 3:1; Acts 2:38; 1 Cor.11:20-28; Matt. 26:26-29; Ephes. 6:18)
  16. We Believe that every believer in the body of Christ has a God given gift that is to be utilized in the service and work of the local ministry. (Rom.12:3-6; 1Cor. 12:18-28; Ephes. 4:12, 16)
  17. We Believe that the operation and functions of the local church are directed through church governments. (Acts 6:1-4; Heb. 13:17; Matt. 18:17)
  18. We Believe that the church is supported by the local body through tithes and offerings. (2 Cor. 9:6-13; Phil. 4:15; Malachi -3:8; Hebrews 7:)
  19. We Believe in water baptism and observance of the Lord’s Supper. (Matt. 3:11; Acts 2:38, 41;Rom. 6:3; Matt. 26:26-30; 1Cori. 10:16)
  20. We Believe that marriage is between one natural man and one natural woman. (Gen. 2:24-25; Gen. 3;20; Prov. 18:22; Ephes. 5:31; 1 Cor.7:2)
